How long does a project take?

A standard small business website (5–10 pages) takes 2–3 weeks from brief to launch. AI portals and web platforms typically take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. We will give you a specific estimate after our discovery call.

How do payments work?

We split projects into two payments: 50% upfront to begin work and 50% on delivery before we hand over credentials. For larger projects we offer milestone-based payment schedules. All amounts in INR or USD.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before sharing any sensitive information. Just let us know on the discovery call and we will prepare one.

Question 4

What do you need from me to start?

A clear brief covering your goals, target audience, and any reference sites you like. We also need your logo and brand colours (or tell us you need a brand kit). That is enough to begin discovery.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds of design revisions are included in every project. Additional rounds are billed at our hourly rate. In practice, clear briefs rarely need more than one round.

What is included in the AMC plan?

Accepted Answer

Annual Maintenance Contract covers: monthly content updates (text, images), plugin and dependency updates, uptime monitoring, minor feature tweaks (up to 2 hours/month), and priority support response within 4 hours on weekdays.

Can you work with an existing design or brand kit?

Absolutely. If you have Figma files, a brand guide, or even just a PDF with your colours and fonts, we will build pixel-accurately to it. We are also happy to extend or evolve an existing design system.

Every site we build is mobile-first and tested on real devices across iOS and Android. Responsive design is not optional — it is baked into our process from day one.

Can I see examples of your work before committing?

What happens if I am not happy with the result?

We address issues through our revision rounds before final delivery. If after two rounds of revisions the work still does not meet the agreed brief, we will continue working until it does at no extra cost. We have never had a project end without a satisfied client.

What tech stack do you use and why?

We build on Next.js (React, TypeScript) deployed to Vercel, with Tailwind CSS for styling and Prisma + PostgreSQL for data. For AI features we integrate the Anthropic Claude API or OpenAI depending on the use case. This stack is fast, scalable, and has a rich ecosystem.

Will my site be fast and SEO-optimised?

Yes. We target Lighthouse scores above 90 on Performance and SEO. Pages are server-rendered for fast first paint and we implement structured data (JSON-LD), canonical URLs, OG tags, and sitemap.xml as standard.

How do you handle hosting and deployments?

We deploy to Vercel (global CDN, automatic HTTPS, preview deploys on every branch). Databases are hosted on Neon (serverless Postgres). Domain and DNS management is included in the handover.

Can you integrate third-party APIs (payments, CRMs, etc.)?

Yes. We have integrated Stripe, Razorpay, HubSpot, Notion, WhatsApp Business API, Google Calendar, and others. If the service has a REST or GraphQL API, we can connect it.

Who owns the code and domain after delivery?

Accepted Answer

You do. Full code ownership is transferred on final payment. We push the repo to your GitHub account and transfer all domain and hosting credentials. We retain no backdoors or licensing locks.

How is AI integrated — what does that actually mean?

Accepted Answer

AI integration typically means one or more of: an AI chat assistant trained on your knowledge base, automated document analysis, AI-generated summaries in a dashboard, or intelligent search. We use the Claude or OpenAI APIs and build custom prompts tuned to your domain.

Is the site secure? How do you handle data privacy?

We follow OWASP security best practices: parameterised queries (no SQL injection), input validation, HTTPS-only, HTTP-only cookies for sessions, and environment variable management for secrets. GDPR-relevant data handling (consent banners, data retention) is scoped and priced separately.

You get: the GitHub repo, all credentials, a handover doc explaining how to update content, and 30 days of free bug fixes for anything that does not match the agreed brief. After that, our AMC plan keeps everything running smoothly.
